Private Personal Training

Our Private Personal Training is designed for our clients who need to improve their quality of life by implementing functional and dynamic training all while being held accountable. The Private Personal Training program is designed to provide optimal flexibility with the highest level of consistency teaching you the necessary and proper weight lifting and cardiorespiratory techniques for your particular goal. In addition, our Private Personal Training comes with a full nutritional consultation, meal plan, and continued food adjustments and follow ups. Also, this will give you 100% access to our facility!

We Offer three specific programs for Private Personal Training

Transformation Program: This is designed for our typical client who needs to improve their quality of life by implementing functional and dynamic training. This program is geared to MAXIMIZE and OPTIMIZE results, by teaching you the proper method to progression and long term results. This requires you to meet with your Health & Fitness Professional four (4) times per week.

Conditioning Program: This program is designed for our typical client who needs to improve their quality of life by implementing functional and dynamic training. This program is geared to improve your level of conditioning to improve and lie a healthier lifestyle. This requires you to meet with your Health & Fitness Professional three (3) times per week.

Maintenance Program: This program is designed for our advanced client who needs help with setting up a well balanced maintenance program AFTER achieving results, but still requires some accountability with consistency in their exercise regimen. In accordance to recalculating caloric intake to help maintain results, we cover the proper resistance and cardiorespiratory training program. This requires you to meet with your Health & Fitness Professional two (2) times per week.

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Training is designed for our clients who need to improve their quality of life by implementing functional and dynamic training all while being held accountable. The Semi-Private Training program is designed to provide optimal flexibility with the highest level of consistency teaching you the necessary and proper weight lifting and cardiorespiratory techniques for your particular goal. In addition, our Semi-Private Training comes with a full nutritional consultation, meal plan, and continued food adjustments and follow ups. Also, this will give you 100% access to our facility! This entails meeting with your Health & Fitness Professional an UNLIMITED times per week, in a small group setting of not more than four(4) participants per scheduled session. All sessions are based on a schedule.
